Javier Rodrigo and Ainhoa Flecha, coordinators of the SO-CLOSE project are pleased to invite you to the following event: ‘From so far to SO-CLOSE: sharing the cultural heritage of forced migrations’ that will take place in the European Parliament-Brussels on November 9 th.
Based on theories of cultural heritage creation, SO-CLOSE enhances social cohesion and promotes mutual understanding between refugees and their local communities. Our toolbox, the co-creation methodologies as
well as the policy recommendations will contribute to discrediting myths and prejudices about newcomers, reducing tensions and improving the integration of refugees within the EU. If you are in Brussels at this time, we would highly appreciate your attendance.
